Lost admin pass to Call Center Reporting 3.6

Is there a way to reset the admin password for the Call Center Reporting that runs on the web server?  I assume an uninstall/reinstall would work but would rather not if I can just reset it.  The default is admin, pass is 0000.  Running on IIS6.

you need to run /program files/nortel networks/reporting for call center/rap/rap.exe from the web host pc

And enter the unlock code witch unfortunately you can only get from Nortel Support this will set your Password back to 0000
