Hardphones can page internally and externally, 620 and 621

Softphones can page internally only 621...
when I try to page from a softphone 620 , I hear the beep from the speaker, but nothing comes out when I speak

RE: cannot page externally through softphone

Maybe GoTellBigDaddy can help... or else a call to your friendly 3Com support.

RE: cannot page externally through softphone
