Arcserve V9 with Windows Client
Windows 2000 Server
I have a server, that is full of very small files. I do a full backup on Friday and differential's through the week. Once or twice a week, during the differtials, I get the error:
E3392 Backup Server TCP Reconnection Timeout.
The client logs show:
[Backup_WriteWMIRepository] Unable to obtain process token. <5>
[Backup_WriteWMIRepository] Call RevertToSelf, and try to obtain process token again.
Then it goes on to end the backup (after a 19 minute delay) with no data sent.
I have the registry key's tweaked for the SENDTIMEOUT and RECEIVETIMEOUT to be 72 minutes (4320). The job fails in 19 minutes. And it didn't change after I increased these values from 60 minutes. Usually a reboot "fixes" it. However, last night it didn't.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance,
Debi
