Import VMPro Distribution Lists?

Import VMPro Distribution Lists?

Import VMPro Distribution Lists?

Is there a way to import a Distribution List into a user's VMPro Vmail box?  I've got a user that wants to import a list of 185 VMail boxes so that he doesn't have to type each one individually.   If that won't work, he wants to set up a copy of VMPro on a test PC prior to his cut, enter the data in the test PC and then migrate all the data to the VMPro Production PC the night of the cut.  Any suggestions?

RE: Import VMPro Distribution Lists?

I ma not sure exacty what you mean, if you just want to set up 185 mailboxes the procedure is simple

1) install VM pro
2) start VM Pro
3) go have a nice cup of coffee & relax, the job is done

if you realy mean a distribution list (msg delivered to a number of mailbox's) the you need to programm a call flow usning the generic action  & the *fwd command - there is an example on the docs CD.

this facuilaty should be greatly improved with V3.0
