AFS crashing users on Mac OS X server 1.2

After maybe a day or a couple of hours the server will start running AFS (AppleFileServer) at 80% CPU usage. It will hang all the clients that are logged on. But the server is OK, you can restart it and it's fine untill the next time.

Removed the AIT 1TB backup device, still having problems.

It has been fine for ages.

Its on a G4 500 512RAM 180GB Raid.

Any one have any clues

RE: AFS crashing users on Mac OS X server 1.2

I have the solution DON'T run Virus updates with the server still on the desktop.
