Calendar software?

(OP)
I'm not sure if this is the right place to be posting this question, but I couldn't find anywhere else...

I'm running a volunteer program for biology observations in a long-running study, so we want at least one volunteer on all the time, but don't need many at any given time.  I would like to find some web-based calendar program that would allow individual users to login and sign up for their own times but not modify the times of anyone else.  I don't need any other features, not even a message board/forum.  It would be helpful, but not required.  The other two restrictions are:
1. It must be free.  We don't have money in the budget for this.
2. It can only be either ColdFusion or ASP and Windows compatible, because that is what the webserver can handle, and I can't modify that.
Any suggestions?
Thanks much.
