Electra elite voiceMail

I have an electra elite 192. One of the ports is fowarding to voicemail only after 3 rings. Does anyone know how to fix this.

co ports?

it it's station ports:
call forward busy/no answer timer is a system wide setting. so if you change it for 1 you change it for all

Call all 4 of your voice mail ports individually. I will bet they all are consistent and that one of your digital stations or CO ports forwards after 3 rings.

the staion only handles internal incomming calls. and it is the only one on the system doing this.
