Hello,
Does anybody know of IVR solutions for the G3R that in cost terms fall somewhere between the Conversant and announcement boards ? I have a feeling I will need to look for third party solutions.

The IVR is the front end and kicks out to an existing Avaya call center.

I feel the Third party product would be cost effective if you are not running a complicated application on it which requires Definity integration (C-Lan) card.
You can try out a product which runs on the Dialogc card which would be lower in cost as compared to conversant IVP board.
