We have a voicemail pro and use the "condition editor"
incoming routing points to "main"
"main" is the name of a "group" voicemail
so that during the day (True)(m-f 8:00 am to 17:30 )it routes to a Hunt group "ring " type and rings all phones until answered (digital phones at 406 site)
after hours (false) it routes to an Auto Attd that plays
"greeting" wav
I have tried to setup another condition editor for another number its routes to "group" voicemail during day called "Boston Main"(true ) rings to another hunt group (actully Ip phones to another site.... routes to hunt number...works fine .....and rings all the Ip phones as it should ..but its the afterhours (false) that has an issue I get busy instead of a person's voicemail .....its told to go to 7005 which is a user's extension thats does have voicemail ...greeting is recorded and active
is thier a limit as to how many condition editors you can have .....because they have 6 different numbers to route to
incoming digits 2000 dest: Main (fyi Main is NOT the name of the hunt group just the name of Group mailbox
"main" ...routes to group voicemail "main"
day rings hunt group 1 (3000) true condition
night routes to group "attendant" false condition
New :
incoming digits 2001 dest: Boston Main (fyi Main is NOT the name of the hunt group just the name of Group mailbox
" Boston Main" ...routes to group voicemail " Boston Main"
day rings hunt group 2 (3001) true condition
with Ip phones as members (works ok)
night routes to group "Boston Night"" false condition
which should point to x7005 ...but just receive a BUSY
when calling afterhours
I can dial the incoming number during day and ring group 3001 ....I can dial 7005 and get personal voicemail
during day and night ...I know this system looks to spelling and spaces ...but I have checked and double
checked for errors ...just not sure as I tried make it simple
