CLAN on S8700

Bye, i've s8700 solutions with a Clan problem, in purpose the problem is that the CLAN's go blackout random and all IP-Phone restart...

There is no problem with network.

There is anyone that have the same problem?

I suggest you disable the auto-sencing feature on the port in your LAN switch.Then try every speed on the below sequence:
100M, full duplex,
100M, Hulf duplex,
10M, full duplex,
10M half duplex.

Check your ip-interfaces forms to make sure what the c-lans are set to old ones was only 10MB HDX but I think the new ones can be set to 100MB FDX. et both sides manually to the same Speed and Duplex will solve part of the problem.

Furthermore how many IP Phones do you drive from one CLAN ?

Must this not be in the Definity Forum ?

The problem was a firewall betwen ipphone and CLAN.....................!!!! We have 9 CLAN for 450 ipphone.
