LAN CTE / i2050 / Groupwise 5.5

Hi there !

As i found out the i2050 doesnt work with LAN CTE on BCM 3.6 !? In 2.5 it does well... so could it be the new version doesnt support it? Cause the i2050 Software already connect to "dialer", outlook and so on?!?

Did anybody also got i2050 working with Groupwise 5.5 or 6.0 to use central phone book? I tried with i2004 and CTE and it works well also Groupwise 5.5 isnt supportet....but how can i connect the i2050 to the central phone book?!?

regards,

subx

RE: LAN CTE / i2050 / Groupwise 5.5

The i2050 software is a new build in 3.6
Did you reinstall using the install clients page from the BCM?

aragon,

its not the same BCM. There is a BCM 2.5 where u can apply i2050 to Lan CTE and another customer with new BCM 400 Rel 3.6 where it doesnt work with i2050. All the i2050 are installed from the BCM Client Page. I dont get the line in computer profil until a set up an i2004 in Lan CTE. The i2050 set up a line for its own without Lan CTE but didnt work with Groupwise. I can use the Line of i2050 only with "windows dialer" or "outlook" but not with Groupwise.

regards,

subx
