Hunt Group Queuing/VM Pro Problem

Has anyone seen a problem with auto attendant passing a call to a hunt group. What's happening is (allegedly all of a sudden) that a key press of 1 which passes any call to HuntGroup1 let's say for example, is getting queued, even though agents are logged in and are waiting for calls. What makes it even more bizarre, is that internally, the hunt group rings fine!!

Unfortunately, they are only on 2.0 (16) and VM Pro V2 as well. I am being shouted at a lot here and only just started this new job (I would have had them up to 2.1 a long time ago!)

Has anyone seen this before/know any work arounds?

Is this happening on every call now, or intermittently?

I would strongly caution against upgrading to 2.1 if you're already having huntgroup problems, at least until the much anticipated upcoming maintenance patch comes out.  I would upgrade to 2.0.18 firmware and VMPro 2.0.17, the last stable releases.

it seems to be intermittent - a busy call centre, I had to get them to reboot the box, which did sort the problem out, but they weren't too happy. Maybe I'll try and stall the upgrade till the maintenance patch comes out.

And that's only a small part of the problem - they are running CCC - and having tons of problems with that. "Real time" stats don't appear to be "real time" and things just aren't right. I've just chucked them the latest Delta server I could get my hands on (.30) and hope that makes a difference - they were on .24.

If I can sort CCC out, they will be happy!

Hi , its problem like these ??  >  one or more call ring to voicemail module and transfer to ACDXXX group or hunt  ,  and waiting i these groups , in CCV i have call waiting 2 , all agents is ready , and call in the queue nad still there to diconnect.  i resolve these problem with two example :)  
first: restart IPO :)  and all its ok ( but its no possible in day work :( .
second:  on PhoneM i created new group like that "blocked" ,
and in voicemial i change distribution to new created group , and all work ok .
and on end day i restore previous settings and restart IPO .
