question about "web page in table?"

(OP)
i was wondering how u make one of your pages open in an area of your project.  i want to be able for it to load inside a specified area, and have a scroll bar on the side of this area.  for an idea of what i'm talking about visit http://www.greenday.com as this is the closest to what i'm talking about.   also, if anybody has some tips on an animation for a progress bar while the page is loading it would be much appreciated.  thanks again.

RE: question about "web page in table?"

the greenday site is built in flash, if you are looking to do similar to that, you'd need to use flash.

Sometimes, when my code just won't behave, I take it outside and make it listen to britney spears music, and when it comes back it's really well behaved. I wonder if it's suffering from post tramatic stress syndrome now..
