Forced Account Codes
Forced Account Codes
(OP)
How do I get the BCM to set forced account codes, ie put in a 4 digit code prior to making the call/BCM verifies and accepts - basically the same as Auth codes on the Meridian?

RE: Forced Account Codes
RSI offer some special software "tools" to enhance functionality of BCM and Norstar Environments.
The "Tools - Standard" module offer Forced & Verified, Smart & Set-Login Codes. This module also offers an enhanced CDR output that offers additional info such as station-station (internal) calls (not offered "out of box" on Norstar/BCM).
This software is PC-based and may be bundled with an RSI Call Accounting Solution or purchased "unbundled" (can integrate to most 3rd CAS packages).
Feel free to visit http://www.telecost.com/tools.htm for more information. This product is compatibility tested directly by Nortel ...for further information on RSI's relationship with Nortel, visit www.nortelnetworks.com/prd/dpp/coprofile/z1165.htm...
Hope this helps...
