What program do I use to access a BCM 3.5 remotly over phone line. I have a BCM that the Callpilot is down and the lan port is down so I can't get to the BCM or the Callpilot.

Use RAS to dial the modem and use the IE browser with the IP address of the BCM modem.

If a modem line is already connected, do I have to make any system changes in order for the BCM to pick up?

yes ...RAS needs to be setup ...in windows services

right..but it depends what BCM version u have... there is a special modem port on the bcm...it doesnt work with ATA... u could also use isdn lines for dial in without windows ras service....

I just created a PPP connection on my laptop and when I dialed in I brought up the IE browser and put in the IP address of the BCM and was connected. The BCM is NT4.0.
