Hi all,

I have already installed ARS Server 5.1 on Window XP Pro with out any error. But I did not see AR System Server service and log in AR System.

Please help me,

Did you see a Remedy Server service?  That's the way mine's listed on the Win2K Pro server I have it on...

Unfortunately this is a standard error in ARS Serevr and I don't know correctly explanations until this moment.
But, try the following:
1.Do Start->Run...-> "cmd"
2.Start ARS from command Line:
C:\Remedy\ARSystem 6 Server>arsserver -m

Or

Use ARS 6.0. - it seems this version is more correctly.
