HF Answer being triggered

(OP)
I've got an IP403 unit with 24 4412D+ phones attached.  Once every couple of weeks, someone's "Hands-free" answer seems to come on spontaneously.  I know that the users of the telephones are not doing this.  In the latest incident the telephone was operating normally at 8am.  At 10am, the Hands-free Answer was turned on (thereby preventing access to voicemail to people calling that extension).  No one had been in the office during that time period and the user is away on business.  There had been no interruptions in power and telephone system was not rebooted.  Does anyone know what can be causing this?  Has anyone else experienced this, too?  It's the wrong time of year for ghosts and goblins.  Are gremlins in season?

RE: HF Answer being triggered

I am having the same issue. Anyone?
