moving from Attachmate Extra sessions to Hummingbird

(OP)
Hi all,
We are about to move from using attachmate extra sessions (controlled with a lot of VBA code, primarilly from MSaccess) to using hummingbird software. How easy is hummingbird to control and interface with in the same way that attachmate extra allows?

Also if anyone has any links to their preferred online hummingbird resources that'd be great too.

Cheers
Dave

RE: moving from Attachmate Extra sessions to Hummingbird

Dave,

When you coded the VBA did you use the hllapi object with Attachmate? If so the change over will be very easy.

Oterwise you will more than likely have to re-write some of the code. If this is the case take advantage of the interface tools provided so that you will not have the issue again.
