deleting sucessful runs

(OP)
Hi I am new to Seagate info 7.5 - I am well familiar with the report designer but I want to make sure before I make a mistake.

If I want to remove sucessful runs and I change

Delete instances when
more than 5 instances of an object

then when 5 sucesses or fails of a report happen
they will be removed

the recurring event remains just the last 5 sucesses or fails are deleted

True ?

RE: deleting sucessful runs

Hi,

Info will always retain 5 instances regardless of status. When the sixth instance occurs, the first will be dropped. The recurring instance is not affected

Nuffsaid.
