Remedy 4.05.02 Action Request System Issue

(OP)
A user is unable to open and view individiual Trouble Tickets.  When he double-clicks the entry nothing happens.  When I'm logged into the local admin account I am able to login to my Remedy account and it works fine.  I believe the issue has something to do with this user's profile.  I tried deleting his profile and having him login to the domain again to recreate his profile.  After this I  uninstalled Remedy, rebooted, and reinstalled and the issue persists.  I do remember reading a while back that there are a couple files that need to be deleted to resolve this issue but I don't remember what they are.  Any of this sound familiar to anyone??  Thx in advance!
