My company bought a load of software licenses for our feature key

Phone Manager Pro  Softphone etc

I configured 3 users to have phone manager pro and mergered config and that did work then i rebooted the ip office system. The liceses show up as valid and unlimited but when i open phone manager it's still the light version. is there a pro version of the software because softconsole works also phone manager light. If so where do i fine the software.

Im pretty sure Phone Mgr. Pro requires a special license.
You probably have the software.

If you have a valid Phone Manager Pro license on the system, then you have to choose "Phone Manager Type" in the Manager. Go to the User, choose the "Telephony" tab, then in the bottom you can choose which Phone Manager type you wan't. Then just merge the config.

I'm using 403 with 2.1 software and i have unlimited licenses for everything. i have done what was sugessted before i placed this posting but i still get phone manager light

All valid and unlimited the lisences below

VM Pro             
Interaction Manager
PhoneManager Pro   
Phone IP          
CCC Lite        
CCC Server       
CCC Agent         
CCC WallBoards    
VM Ports          
Agent Rostering  
IP Endpoints

strange this looks exactly like the list of licences we used when I was on my last IPO course... especially those "unused" entries... weird.

With an unlimited PM Pro licence, all copies should come up Pro regardless of the setting under telephony - I have an unlimited PM Pro here in my lab, holdover from when that was all there was.  And no there is no special software, it's exactly the same as the lite it just consults the licences to see if it should run in pro.

Try temporarilly removing everything but the PM Pro licence and see how that goes.

I dying to know what it cost you to get an unlimited list of licences like this!

Just got it to work as most people say user error.

I forgot to add the Manager Pro license, from the list.

My company is a supplier of IP Office Equipment so we get ok discounts on software and yah the prices are quite high but that is the cost of running a good business also training staff for support eventually.

I have had a lot of problems with 2.1 what problems have you guys had.
