Scanning over RF and Citrix

I have 2 new SYMBOL VRC8946 installed with citrix client software.

When I scan a barcode in pocket word for example, it works fine.

however when I scan the same barcode after connecting to citrix it adds a j this happens with any barcode.

pocket word = C00056982 -> Enter
Over citrix = C00056982 -> Enter j

Any ideas people?
