Syncing starfish99 and handspring

Help!

I am not so techy minded but can usually figure things out.
Handspring visor and sidekick 99 - windows xp

I cannot sync my pda and sidekick.
When I try, the message says to update trusync but I cannot find it and what do I update to?

At one time, I was able to sync sidekick99 and my handspring.

It just quit working.

Can anyone help?

are you using usb to sync?
there should be a conduit going from truesyn to palmdesk top, also going to the handspring, and onemore going to sidekick.
if you are using usb there is a patch to repair or reset the usb.
if all fails, delete handspring, truesync, and the palm desktop.
also remove all entrys in the registry and do a new install.

Thanks Frank!

I am using a serial connection as all my usb connections are already being used otherwise.

I am not sure what has happened but now I cannot even get the two to recognize each other...the software says to update the software but I cannot find where it is. it says to update trusync.

why not get a usb hub???? there not that expensive and you can plug in at least 4 more devises>>>
