NavBar not responding

Hi, I have made a Navigation bar initially with making 5 buttons and then adding popup menu to all. Now the menu that has the links to other sites works fine but those with links to pages in my own site dont work. I am writing "http://www.mydomain.org/audio.html" for instance to go to my site's audio section and its not working. If I write "http://www.anysite.com" it works fine but doesn't go into sub sections of the site. I am linking in Fireworks only and would like to know if I can edit popup menu in DW?
How can i link the popup menu items to my site? What should I write in edit menu dialog box in firewoks where we set the appearence and other stuff for our popups? I think I am doing right as far as exporting the Navbar is concerned but lacking on to link the local site to popup menu.
Thanks in advance guys!
