ACCPAC 5.1 Printer Character Limitation

(OP)
Hello,
I'm looking to see what the Printer character limitations is for ACCPAC 5.1.  If any happens to know where I can find this on ACCPACs site, that would be good.  I need it in black and white.  We are having a problem with a shared printer.  We think the share name is too long, but I need to know 5.1's Character limitations before talking with customer.  Can anyone help?

The customer is getting "invalid printer specified"

RE: ACCPAC 5.1 Printer Character Limitation

I don't know the exact number, but it's happened to me dozens of times when the share name is something like "HP 4000-J11 on \\middle-earth\hobbitserver".  Make it "HP4000" and you'll be fine.
