Exceed and Solaris

(OP)
Hi

When I open a login session on a Solaris machine from an NT machine with Exceed and try to run a software that uses OpenGL I get the following error.

Xlib:  extension "GLX" missing on display "10.111.1.127:0.0".
Error:  Can't match X11 Color visual for Display:
Error opening new window

Why does exceed doesnt work with OpenGL on Solaris ?
if someone knows how to get around this please reply!

 Thank you all
abp

RE: Exceed and Solaris

I've had a similar problem (not quite the same) and it was due to the number of colours that I was trying to put through eXceed. I reduced the number of colours to 256 and the prog ran fine. Obviously this is not an option in most cases.
