Hide a Record from Component Buffer?

In my component there are 4 pages available. One particular scenario i have to hide one page from the component. But while saving the record in that hiding page showing error, Since some required fields are there. Timebeing we insert a dummy record and while saving we are deleting it. Is there any other way for hide the record from the component buffer?
