Hi everyone,
I hope you can help me with this.
I have a problem with IP phones 4620 on a customer site. When customer wants to dial a number from LOG / MISSED from IP 4620 phone, it adds 9 as prefix to dialed number (example: 9061555111, instead of 061555111).
I've checked 46xxsettings.scr, but outside line access code is disabled (## SET PHNOL 9), in one case I have also deleted this line but it still adds 9.

Also in Line setting there is no prefix (blank) and NO short code to access outside line, like: 9N,N,0, Dial.
SW used:
IP 4620 has SW 2.0.1 (latest). Tried also with 1.8.1 and its same.
IP Office 2.0 (18).

Thanks in advance,
