I am looking to query the RM20101 table of unapplied documents and I want to also link to the GL distribution records for each document. Does anyone know what table that breakout is stored in? For example, if I look up a document and then I click the document and then the distribution what table can I query to fetch that data. Thanks all.

You will find the Distributions in the RM_Distribution_WORK (RM10101) table. This table is used for both Open and Work state transactions. The RM_Distribution_History (RM30301) table is used for History transactions.

If you want to link back to the GL you would need to look in GL_TRX_LINE_WORK (GL10001) if unposted at the GL level; GL_YTD_TRX_OPEN (GL20000) if posted and in an open year; or GL_Account_TRX_HIST (GL30000) if in a historical year.

Hope this helps.

Thanks so much. So would I first have to link to the RM10101 table and then link to the GL table? What I am trying to do is there are many unapplied transactions going back to 2001, 2002. Many are credits and payments that have no been applied anyways its a mess but I want to see out of all the open transactions in the RM20101 table which ones have hit the AR accounts through the distributions. So I want to run a query in SQL Analyzer to pull up the docnumbr in the RM20101 table and then the Debit and Credit GL accounts for that document. Hope this makes sense. Thanks so much for your input winthropdc.
