We are using a circular hunt with 3 IP hard phones over VPN in the group and 1 user (no station on system)forwarding hunt group calls to their home phone. What is happening is when the 3 IP hard phones are in DND and the operator transfers a caller to the hunt group it will ring the home phone once and drop the call. The starnge thing is if the call comes thru the Voicemail PRO auto attendant and transfers to the hunt group it works fine.
Any ideas or solutions would be helpful, as of now we have to leave the auto attendant on all day long.
Note: We have PRI T1 and running v1.4(27)
