Outbound CallerId set but not showing

I have set the caller ID on all our dial patterns in the short codes with the s1234567890 to force all calls to show our main number.  However only "unavailable" is shown when we make a calll with our PRI.  Any suggestions, or do I need to complain to the CO?

this WILL be a network provider problem

thanks, that is what I was guessing.  Get to yell at a couple of companies this morning then...  things are starting off well today .

this could be caused if the network has CLIP disabled , in UK try prefixing you call with 1470 to override this
