Toll Restriction Override on 1232TD

I have a 1232td which is not restricting calls. When using a SLT,you dial 9(to pick a line) then 6+flash then 6 again then you will be able to make an unrestricted call. How do I stop this?If I check on my call ie smdr output," 6" is included as a dialled number all the time.

RE: Toll Restriction Override on 1232TD

do you have a 6 entered in pbx access code area?
you may also restrict any thing that has a 6 as a leading digit in your deny table!

RE: Toll Restriction Override on 1232TD

I cannot block '6' since some of our local numbers start with that digit.

RE: Toll Restriction Override on 1232TD

you can shut the external feature access off in program
