hicom 9006 BELINI traffic files

Hello, I have deployed a script for the Siemens 9006 switch which connects to the switch and downloads the traffic files every hour. These files are all named BELINI.## and are binary database files. Does anyone know how these files can be opened and interpreted? What steps should be followed in order to open one of these files and acquire the traffic statistics that are contained in the file? I am able to download the files but so far can not read what is contained within them. Perhaps there is a way of converting them to a standard ascii file, etc..

Thanks in advance.
