ADMT error - specified domain does not exist....

I have only used the ADMT in a test enviroment following the steps Mark Minasi gives in his Master Windows 2003 book. It worked like a charm:

- Create a two-way trust with sidhistory enabled: NETDOM TRUST <NT4DOMAIN> /UO:<NT4Admin account> /PO:<NT4Admin Password> /d:<WIN2003DOMAIN> /UD:<WIN2003Admin account> /PD:<WIN2003Admin Password> /ADD /TWOWAY /ENABLESIDHISTORY
- Put Domain Admins in each other's Administrators group
- Turn on Success & Failure auditing for Account Management on both the NT4 and Win2003
- Enable anonymous access on Win2003 (Local Security Policy, Security options. Set Network Access: Let Everyone Permissions Apply to Anonymous Users to Define this Policy Setting and Enabled
- Put Everyone in the local "Pre-Windows 2000 Compatible Access" group
- Install ADMT on Win2003
- Create a password key on Win2003 with "ADMT key <NT4DOMAIN> c:\". This will create a PES file for domain <NT4DOMAIN> on drive c:\.
- REBOOT the Win2003 machine!!! (Very important)
- Copy the PES file to the NT4 machine
- Place the Win2003 server CD in the NT4 machine and run \I386\ADMT\PWDMIG to process the PES file. Before it reboots change HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\LSA\AllowPasswordExport to 1 and create a new REG_DWORD entry called TcpipClientSupport and set it to 1. Now reboot the NT4 machine.
- Start ADMT
- Migrate the Global Groups
- Migrate the users
- Migrate the servers
