Conference Bridge

Conference Bridge

(OP)
I have a new IPO I am burning in at our lab.  I was wondering if anyone has a decent VMPro Conference prompt config set up that I could get via email? I would like to play with it a bit (with a working version) as I find it easier to reverse engineer and learn that way.

Please send one my direction if you have one already.  Or if there is a nice and simple FAQ/primer that would be appreciated also.

RE: Conference Bridge

I can't send you a module, but it is very easy to set up.  Create short codes in manager for three conferences.

Short code   *81/2/3
Tel          1/2/3
Feature      Conf MeetMe for all

Create a Short Code Start point called Conference in VMPro
Have it go to a Menu with touch tones for 1,2, and 3 that go to Assisted transfers for  *81, *82, *83.  Record the menu as "Thank you for calling the conference bridge, please enter your conference number now (1-2-3).  I put pins in for security at the assisted transfer points.

RE: Conference Bridge

Are you using power conference?
