I have never worked on a Panasonic system before but have been given a job for monday to install a CPC card in a 824 system. I have a background in AVAYA partner, Legend, and magix. I am trying to learn this over the weekend to complete this job. what software do I need for programming, if any. Can any one provide me with some suggestion or help. The customer Knows I don't know this system but they want me to do it anyway.

what card you are talking about never heard of a cpc card?

Pulled it off with-out a problem! It was a DBS 824, printed the book from the web, that was good. CPC Call Processing Card (so the book says)
