Window size - cannot resize it (runtime is the same size as default)

I am using WFWI 4.21 Standard Edition and working on huge installation. I add new dialog (small warning spawn dialog) and resize it to smaller size. I add on it a label and one button (EndDialog(Return), condition = 1). When I run installation and dialog shows, a dialog is the same size as default dialog. I cannot resize any new dialog. What is wrong here and what can I do. I looking for it in a tables and there is all OK.
