Good Supplier for NEAX 2000 IPS parts?

(OP)
just wondering where other people are buying upgrades/parts/phones for their NEAX 2000 systems. i'm looking for an AP00 card and some blank desi forms. thanks.

RE: Good Supplier for NEAX 2000 IPS parts?

If you're going to upgrade IVS's to IPS's I would stick with national vendors (since they are probably going to have better support from NTAC in case there are problems).

However, their prices for DESIs and cards are probably going to be higher than the local vendors who may be selling refurbished parts.

You might want to get on NEC's site http://www.cng.nec.com and find some vendors near you. Personally, I order my equipment and support from Shared Technologies, but their service may not be as good in the city you are in. Your best bet is to call a few vendors and compare their prices/services.

RE: Good Supplier for NEAX 2000 IPS parts?

Search ebay. They may have the parts you need. IVS system us an AP00-A and the IVS2 & IPS systems use AP00-B
