(OP)
I have never programmed a phone system before but I need to learn MATWorX 32 Studio or at least get a user guide.  The people we bought our NEAX from are taking us for a ride and giving no service.  Can anyone help me on this matter.

RE: MATWorX 32 User Guide

The only thing bad about matworx is that not all of the functions work.  The only really true reliable function in matworx is moc mode.  Not that all of the features dont work but moc is the best.  If you don't know the 2000 you will have a very painful experience learning it.  Especially with any complex ad moves or changes until you learn it.  If you can do the on site changes yourself.  My company will be happy to maintain it from remote. We are NEC dealers.  If you wan,t email me fcox3rd@hotmail.com Or I can lead you to another NEC dealer in your area.
