We recently upgrade to Groupwise 6.5. One of our users is moving from a PC to a MAC and will be using WebAccess to gain access to her Groupwise account. She sends out newsletters daily to the staff, but delays delivery until 11pm at night so everyone gets them in the morning when they come in to work.

I can't find a way that she can put a delay delivery on a message with WebAccess...anyone have any suggestions how she can do this?

Have you looked at her account using the GW client? While I beleive that your right about delaying is not an option w/the WebAccess client, it may show a delay under the desktop client. Just a thought, have a good one!

With her Groupwise client, she has been able to delay delivery, but there is not Groupwise client for the MAC so we have to use WebAccess.

Actually, you just gave me an idea...I could probably make an email user she could proxy to that has delay delivery set up globally and have her send just her newsletters from there...think that would work?

Well, I just tried this and it almost works...however, we always want to delay delivery to be sometime during the night so users can pick up the newsletter when they start coming in at 7am.

It looks like globally when I go in to set delay delivery under tools, options, send that I can only choose how many days to delay delivery and I can't choose the time.

So if I send this from this account on a Monday at 11am, it will delay delivery to Tuesday at 11am.

So this won't work...
