Electra Elite 4/192 - Need to change main greeting form outside

(OP)
I have dialed into the switch and done *2# . I get the Amy Ronk prompt but when I when I get to the point where it asks me if I want to change greetings, I don't get the main greeting, I get "Amy Ronk is not available." or "Amy Ronk is not in today." What gives? I thought this was the system box. Can I only change the greeting from port 01 or 02? This doesn't seem likely. I can't seem to find anything about it in the documentation! Arrrrgh! Any help would be nice. Thanks!

The system is an Electra Elite 48/192 . . . somehow I left the 8 out in the title. DOH!

RE: Electra Elite 4/192 - Need to change main greeting form outside

After you did *2#,did you enter password (default is 632 or NEC)?

RE: Electra Elite 4/192 - Need to change main greeting form outside

This is where you are going wrong

Once you dial 632 and access the Amy Ronk Mailbox.  Listen to yes/no until you get to "Would you like to access system manager options" NOT "Would you like to access your setup options" - this is for setup of amy ronks mailbox.

From there follow prompts - it should be pretty easy from here.

I should have mentioned this previously but I have been very busy.  I got the solution off of another board.  It is pretty simple.  After you log into Amy Ronk press '0' for admin options. Then follow the prompts.  Which is mostly what you said but using a shortcut to get to the admin options.

Thanks for the reply!
