2000ivs virtual into VM?

2000ivs virtual into VM?

(OP)
Hello All, I'm a computer hardware tech thrown into communications roll for 18 building 500+ users... no training or documentation for job so sorry for stupid questions.

Question: I have a Dterm SeriesE 8 button phone that has the virtual line CFB/NA properly set to VM however, it keeps ringing instead of shooting to VM.

I did inherit the command manual and have taught myself a couple helpful commands 02, 53, 770, and E5, so any help at all would be so so so apreciated.

RE: 2000ivs virtual into VM?

Check out CM E601 (CF Busy)and E602 (CF No answer) for the virtual. Even if forwarding is correct in E603 (CF Busy/No Ans.) it needs to be set in the other two.
