PBX 1400 voicemail help

my 1400 only has one ME01 memory card, how many telephone terminals can this card support in the system??
also, my system doesnt have a console, how could i set up the voice mail function??? the manual is not clear about that. please help, thx a lot.

and if i need more than one ME01 memory card, where could i buy more of it???
