transfer to cell option

(OP)
There used to be a feature on my MICS that allow an external transfer if the the person calling into my voicemail chose the option.  For instance:  if you went to voicemail i had an option if you pressed 7 to go to my cellular.

I know within the elitemail you can call forward to cell, pager ect ect, but I want the option to be given to the person calling in.  Is this possible?

RE: transfer to cell option

possible yes, but not sure exactly how.
Try going to the Remote Access screen of somebodys personal mailbox and at the bottom is one digit codes, maybe enter a pool code followed by a number and try it.
I'm not much help but worth a shot.

RE: transfer to cell option

First you need to create a CAR (virtual) extension, and forward it to your cell phone.  Then, in the voicemail, go to your mailbox screen in the personal directory, press CTRL+E then T.  At the bottom of the screen you will see the one-touch options.  Goto 7 or whatever # you choose and type the extension of the CAR you created earlier.

If you want to change the number that calls goto simply change the forwarding on the CAR key.
