My report is printing only 6 records per page when clearly there can be more.  How do I tell the report to fill up the page???

RE: Number of records per page

Lots of possibilities here, and nothing to go on...

Are there groups? Is the Keep Group Together turned on?

Each section within Crystal has a keep together and a new page after/before which might be causing this (right click the section on the left side and select format section or section expert depending upon your version).

And any group can have it's keep together on which might cause this (right click the group on the left side and select change group).

Or the height of a section might cause this.

And other things...

RE: Number of records per page

Thank you synapsevampire for your reply.  I don't have groups.  I did adjust the height of the section and that solved the problem.
