You can only do this by using a 3rd party solution. In our case we're using Liaison Messenger which uses Symantec WinFax PRO to send faxes and emails.

We're using Liaison Messenger to get the individual Invoices or Batches in GP then Messenger uses Symantec WinFax PRO to send the email or fax.
Check out hey have a product called reForm. It works great with a couple of other products.
