This crystal report errors were generated when running a 'Remedy' Application report from the SHR:Reporting form, please see below:We are using ARS 4.51 on MSSQL server and using the SHR:Reporting form. The errors are as follows:
 
1) No charts or graphs
      Case Activty--> Weekly Case Volumes Graph        produces blank pages
      Case Activty--> high Volume Departments Charts   produces blank pages
 
2) Error in formula <Group #1 order> ‘ if IsNull({@Days Active})
      My Resolved Cases--> By Days Active
      My Resolved Cases--> By Priority
 
3) Error in formula <Group #2 order> ‘ if IsNull({@Days Active})
      Open Cases--> Current Open Cases
      Open Cases--> Open Cases for Date Range
 
4) Unexpected file format
      Case Activty--> Activity By Assignee
