Can't Log in NEC ELECTRA 192 - help anyone?

Something happened to my system, I can no longer "Connect" to my 192 using SAT, every time I hit connect it tells me that the Password is no good.

What is going on here?

RE: Can't Log in NEC ELECTRA 192 - help anyone?

To verify if the system has a password assigned you need to enter programming mode through a phone.  With the phone idle press Feature # 0 * 8 9 7 4.  Then press Line Key 1, then Line Key 8, then dial 17.  The password for the Tech version of SAT will be displayed.  Press Transfer and the password for the End User version of SAT is displayed.

All right I think I got but this is what I get back on my LCD,
17:(1)=> for the Tech
17:(2)= for the SAT

Does that mean the password is blank?
