How do I setup a Crystal Reports Runtime to use in deploying this application on PCs?

What are the dll necessary?

The Developer Help file has that info (I don't have it installed here).

What version of CR 8.5 do you have?

Crystal also has a runtime application (distribution) that allows you to create .exe's from reports for distributing standalone reports (you download it from their site).
