Q: Problems printing from word merge documents.

My Problem is :
We have two users who after creating a mail merge document want to print specific pages. (say 2,5,8,9) they go into Word's print option and click on Specific pages and type in the page numbers. It then pops up the small icon in the status bar showing it is printing. But nothing prints.

Have looked on Technet, but not found anything. (Perhaps the way I looked at it)

Can anyone give me some advice?

RE: Q: Problems printing from word merge documents.

If they want to print specific pages they need to put an "s" before the number like s1-5, or s5 or whatever page or pages that need to print.

It works, we do it all the time.

Good luck
